THUMBTACK

For over five years, I helped manage Thumbtack's help center. I worked with several different teams to streamline operations costs through self-service, execute sales strategies, launch product features, and migrate content to a new CMS. I also produced the company-wide newsletter, Thumbtalk, sent to over 600 employees every week.

MalouF WEBSITE REDESIGN

Malouf Home supplies a wide range of sleep products and furniture to over 15,000 retailers nationwide. In early 2021, the direct-to-consumer website was updated to drive additional sales, optimize another revenue stream, and build brand recognition.

Malouf DIGITAL Ads

Several targeted digital ad campaigns (like these) helped increase overall revenue on the Malouf Home website, resulting in an average sales increase of 30 percent month over month.

MALOUF 2022 IMPACT REPORT

As a Certified B Corporation, each year Malouf releases an impact report. The 43-page report is a deep dive on their charity work, sustainability efforts, and commitment to people, high-quality products, and the planet. I spent several months researching and writing the report for release in March of 2022.

GAP HOME x WALMART

The Gap Home furniture collection is an exclusive collaboration between Gap and Walmart. Each furniture piece and the corresponding copy were thoughtfully selected to capture Gap's iconic style and branding.

SaLT FLAT

Salt Flat is a high-end B2B furniture brand with a focus on craftsmanship and quality. I created the first detailed product catalog, writing everything from product descriptions to care instructions. The response was so positive, we released an extended catalog six months later featuring over 200 unique furniture pieces.

Becki Owens Living is a curated collection of stylish pieces from one of Instagram's top interior designers. With over 1.4 million followers (and counting), Becki's signature style is now available to shop. I worked on the website launch, capturing Becki's voice and design expertise.
